Making a Reservation

Please print and review Rental Agreement below. We can e-mail or mail you a copy upon request.

Casa Thomae Rental Agreement (Microsoft Word doc)

To guarantee your reservation promptly send your Reservation Payment ($500 security deposit) and the signed and initialed (2 margin initials required) Rental Agreement to 11500 E. Cochise Dr, #2088, Scottsdale, AZ 85259. Keep a copy for your records. We generally hold your requested dates for 7-10 days.

We will send you a Confirmation Letter via e-mail upon receipt of your Rental Agreement and Reservation Payment. The Rental Balance and Security Deposit are due 30 days prior to your visit. The Security Deposit is refunded within 14 days after your stay.
