The Salty Lime is a fabulous family place, offering something for everyone. Completed in 2005, this large home offers accessible spacious accommodations for family reunions or getaways with multiple families, with plenty of places for every age group to gather, play and spend time together.

Lounge in the upstairs family room with wet bar, play cards and games in the game room or watch direct TV in the Texas room on the second floor. For the more active, the first floor offers countless hours of ping pong. All of these activities can be enjoyed while looking out the windows at the Gulf.

Located 10 minutes from the Port Aransas ferry and on a Gulf front lot, the Salty Lime is easy to spot. This large green three story home looms above the dunes for breath taking views of both the bay and Gulf. It offers everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach.

The first floor was designed for beach toys, flip flops and rinsing off after a long day at the beach. The refrigerator in the garage makes packing the cooler and heading to the beach very convenient. You'll also find the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, and beach towels to grab as you head out the door as easy as it gets! The first floor also has a room with a full sized ping pong table and two futons for fun out of the sun.

In addition to a spacious deck on the front and the back of the house, the second floor features three bedrooms(including a 2nd wheelchair accessible Master suite, a room with three twins and a room with a queen size bed). At the center of it all, you'll find the Texas room-a family area with a TV with direct tv and a DVD player. As well as a separate game room with table to do puzzles, play cards or board games.

The third floor of this home accentuates the views of its location. The kitchen is set up to enjoy the view while eating or cooking. The combined kitchen and living area with wet bar make a wonderful gathering place at the end of the day. It is a large warm, comfortable, inviting area for chatting and relaxing or just enjoying the scenery. You'll also find the owner's master bedroom and bath on this floor, as well as a large deck with sweeping views of the Gulf.

When it's time for a stroll/run by the sea or a day in the waves, the only thing that separates you from the beach is the natural (and state-protected) dunes, which are crossed via an easy stroll down the boardwalk.
