Why not relax in this beautiful new home which is located in the neighborhood of Royal Sands, just 3 miles from downtown Port Aransas. Fantastic views in all directions from the great decks both on the front & back of this two story home make this a great place to relax with family and friends. Three bedrooms/3 baths plus a large great room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen give you plenty of space for everyone.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with its' own bath. The spacious family room has Direct TV and VCR/DVD player (in case you need a break from the sun). The large kitchen allows for ease of cooking while enjoying the family visit at the gathering table or the counter in the dining area. The 2nd floor decks located across the home both in front and back, allow for beautiful views of the sunrise over the dunes and the beautiful sunsets on the bay. On the first floor, there is one bedroom and bath with great views of the channel. Also, there is a laundry room to drop off the towels after a long day at the beach. A full size washer and dryer are available. The back patio is also a great place to relax after using the hot/cold shower for washing off the sand.

A short walk to the boardwalk & across the protected dunes will take you to the beautiful sandy beach. Or you can visit the community pool, which is located just across the street. This area is great for swimming, fishing, boating or just walking on the beach and collecting seashells. Port Aransas has many great shops to visit and the residents are so helpful.

High Season: $2,500/week or $395/night

Low Season: $1,750/week or $300/night
