- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in the house or on the property.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people, and the guest of record must be over 25 years of age to register and pay.
- To hold your reservations, we will need a signed rental agreement along with a 25% deposit. You will receive confirmation of your reservation once your rental agreement has been approved. Thirty (30) days prior to your reservation date, we must receive the full rental fee to hold your reservation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for a refund of the deposit.
- Guests will be charged the full cost to repair any damage to the property or replace any missing items.
- The house will be clean and ready at check-in time, and the lease fee includes an inspection and basic housekeeping immediately after checkout. Maid service during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee.
